Kaitlin possesses a wide range of experience including projects in education, multi-family housing, adaptive reuse hospitality, and civic/cultural centers. Although her experience is broad, her passion is educational architecture. Her robust educational portfolio includes elementary schools, cultural centers, student housing, and higher education facilities. Inspired by architecture’s ability to bring people together, Kaitlin believes educational design has the power to positively change the lives of the users and the fabric of their surrounding communities.

Additionally, Kaitlin has an avid passion for BIM and Software Management from a project management perspective. She is a member of the BIM team at bKL and often acts as a BIM leader on projects.

Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University. She is a licensed architect in the state of Maryland, a LEED Green Associate and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
