The tower crane was removed at bKL designed Renelle on the River this past weekend. This glass tower, with a dynamically patterned façade consisting of vision glass and white spandrel glass, will contain 50 residential units within 150,000 square feet.

Union West, designed by bKL Architecture, recently received its full building permit. Comprised of two 15-story buildings, this mixed-use project, located two blocks from the Morgan El station and one block from Randolph Street, will be unified by a landscaped roof terrace atop a retail and parking podium.
