The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the mixed-use development planned at 1300 W. Lake. Proposed by Loukas Development and bKL Architecture, the tower will rise 537 feet and deliver 593 apartments with 10,000 square feet of retail space on its ground floor.

bKL Architecture and Loukas Development have released an updated design for the proposed tower at 1300 W Lake Street. The mixed-use structure in the western portion of Fulton Market will now stand 537 feet and have a vertical exterior pattern.

Chicago Tribune announces Sterling Bay’s plans to begin leasing the bKL-designed 160 N. Morgan tower in the fall of 2023. The 282-unit building will officially be known as the Dylan, introducing a vibrant hub to the Fulton Market neighborhood.
