This 28-story residential development brings 340 new homes to a transit-served site near the CTA Red Line’s North/Clybourn station. Designed to support urban living, the project includes 164 parking spaces and 340 bike parking spaces.

The building’s massing responds thoughtfully to site constraints while reinforcing an active, pedestrian-oriented experience along each street frontage. Setbacks help shape a stronger connection between the amenity deck and the public realm, while also reducing the perceived scale of the tower within the neighborhood context.

A refined palette of brick masonry, metal panels, and fiber cement panels creates a façade that is both contextual and contemporary. Drawing from the area’s industrial character, the design offers a modern expression that feels respectful of its surroundings while contributing a strong new identity to the streetscape.
