Located at 601 North Central, bKL designed the interior amenity experience for a 1.3 million SF, 747-unit mixed-use residential tower in downtown Phoenix. The project features a robust collection of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including two major amenity decks on the 8th and 28th floors. Hospitality-inspired interiors support a wide range of resident activities, with lounges, kitchens, cabanas, spa areas, fitness zones, and social spaces designed to extend daily living beyond the apartment unit. The amenity program is closely integrated with the building’s climate-responsive design, creating comfortable indoor-outdoor environments tailored to the Phoenix lifestyle.
