Kevin Kosciulek AIA
Director
Kevin strives to pursue innovation in all phases of design and construction by leveraging his passion for workflow strategy, development, and documentation. As bKL’s Technology Practice Leader, he works to advise and equip design teams specializing in high-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects by facilitating design technology research, training, and implementation. Constantly striving to advance the profession, Kevin is dedicated to delivering projects that uphold both high-quality design and performance.
In addition to his role, Kevin co-chairs the AIA Chicago Technology in Architectural Practice Knowledge Community, advancing digital transformation through shared ideas and collaborative exploration. He is an active participant with the BIM CHiCAGO network and regularly contributes as a panelist for undergraduate design studio critiques.
He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a specialization in Digital Design. He is a licensed architect in the state of Illinois.
