Through his work on a wide-range of projects both domestic and abroad, Isaac Persley approaches projects with a global outlook. A natural problem-solver and driven by the desire to find balance between the technical, aesthetic and programmatic needs of a project, Isaac enjoys searching for innovative solutions to design delivery. His knowledge of master planning and construction administration of large projects allows him to fully understand the various complexities involved in the successful delivery of design.
Isaac brings extensive experience in residential, hospitality, and laboratory projects to the bKL team, with a portfolio of work that includes the UNC Genome Sciences Building, China Merchants Tower and Woods Park, and the Mashreq Bank Headquarters Building.
Isaac earned a Bachelor of Science in Art and Design from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has taught and participated on architectural juries at the university level. He is a member of the Friends of Downtown and is active with his alumni association.
